Note; A cash 70 Euro cleaning fee is payable to our housekeeper locally on arrival at your meet and greet to the property. A security deposit of £100 is also taken this is refunded on satisfactory inspection of the property and return of the keys.
Smoking inside the property will not be tolerated.
Rental guests should follow the community rules displayed in the property. For example no noise late at night. No towels on balcony rails. No glass by pool. No jumping off pool rocks. I.e. all the good behaviour stuff. It is after all a residential community.
Guests will need to book in with the Tourism Authority - Guardia Civil who record the stays when arriving at the apartment (like in hotels when they take your passport) We use Check in Scan to do this, you can scan the QR code in the properrty and check in online using a Smartphone and your passport. All guests over 16 years starting with the lead guest must be checked in. You can pre load Check in Scan here on your Android or Apple phone. Our housekeeper can assist if anyone needs further help. It is very simple to check in using the Guest Check in Facility.
